About Us

I Know A Guy Home Inspection LLC is a family owned and operated business serving the Front Range area.

The founder, Mark Wester, is fully insured and holds a residential Home Inspector certification with ICA. He is a member of InterNACHI and uses Spectora reporting software for his reports. In addition to Inspecting, Mark also has 15+ years in the home renovation business.

Mark resides with his wife and children and when he is not inspecting homes you can find him rock climbing or camping.

What is a
Home Inspection?

A home inspection is an examination of the accessible areas of the residential property and follows the standards of practice set forth by ASHI (American Standards of Home Inspections).

Upon completion of an inspection, you will be provided with a report detailing the findings. Mark will also spend time with you going over the data in the report so you can have a clear understanding of the report.
